All content created and supplied by Inspire Science Education remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

  • Science Gadget Shop branding and concepts

  • STEM activity resources and educational materials

  • illustrations, graphics, icons, and visual assets

  • worksheets, posters, and printable resources

  • downloadable files and templates

  • website content, layout, and design

  • photographs, videos, and promotional materials

  • training guides and support documents

  • event signage and pricing materials

  • marketing campaigns and digital assets

 

2.2

All content is protected under:

  • the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

  • UK intellectual property legislation

  • applicable international copyright laws and treaties

All rights are reserved.

 

3. PERMITTED USE

Schools and educational organisations may:

  • print and use resources for internal educational purposes

  • use materials to support science enrichment and STEM learning

  • run Science Gadget Shop events within their own school

  • store digital files securely for legitimate staff use

  • share resources internally with staff members within the same school

This licence is:

  • non-exclusive

  • non-transferable

  • limited to the purchasing organisation only

 

4. RESTRICTED & PROHIBITED USE

Unless written permission has been granted, you may not:

  • reproduce or republish our materials externally

  • share resources with other schools or organisations

  • upload materials to public websites, shared drives, or social media

  • resell or redistribute our products or downloads

  • copy or recreate our branding, graphics, or designs

  • remove copyright notices, logos, or branding

  • use our resources within commercial products or training services

  • adapt our materials for resale or external distribution

  • use our content within consultancy, CPD, or paid training without permission

Unauthorised use of our materials may constitute copyright infringement.

 

5. LICENSING

5.1

Unless otherwise stated, all products and downloadable resources are supplied with a single-school licence.

5.2

This licence allows the purchasing school to use materials internally only.

Materials may not be:

  • transferred

  • shared externally

  • gifted

  • resold

  • copied for wider distribution

without prior written permission.

5.3

Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), federations, and groups of schools may require separate licences for individual schools unless an alternative agreement has been confirmed in writing.

 

6. SCIENCE GADGET SHOP MATERIALS

6.1

Science Gadget Shop resources, including:

  • posters

  • event signage

  • pricing materials

  • promotional graphics

  • printable resources

  • event guidance documents

are supplied solely for use within your own school’s Science Gadget Shop event.

6.2

These materials may not be reused, copied, adapted, or distributed for unrelated commercial or educational events outside the licensed organisation.

 

7. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & COMPONENTS

7.1

Some Science Gadget Shop kits may include third-party STEM gadgets, activity products, or educational components supplied by external manufacturers.

These remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

7.2

Such items may not be independently reproduced, branded, or commercially redistributed outside their intended use within the kit.

 

8. REPORTING COPYRIGHT BREACHES

We take the protection of our educational resources and intellectual property seriously.

  • immediate suspension of access

  • refusal of future orders

  • charges for unauthorised use

  • claims for financial compensation

We reserve the right to recover losses resulting from unlawful distribution or reproduction of our materials.

 

10. PERMISSION REQUESTS

Schools, trusts, charities, or organisations wishing to:

  • use materials for CPD or training

  • adapt resources for SEND provision

  • feature materials publicly

  • reproduce resources beyond standard licensing

  • arrange wider organisational licensing
